Dacia Duster hybrid models undergo performance and reliability testing
Recent evaluations of the Dacia Duster hybrid models highlight both new technological advancements and long-term reliability. The new Hybrid-G 150 4x4 features an electrified all-wheel-drive system where a combustion engine powers the front wheels and an electric motor drives the rear.
In long-term usage reports, a Dacia Duster Hybrid 140 with 45,000 km driven over two years showed high mechanical durability. Service reports indicated no signs of corrosion and maintained ideal brake condition. While the 1.2 kWh traction battery experienced a 16% capacity loss—slightly higher than average but within manufacturer specifications—its chemical efficiency remains high, and the power output drop of 9% does not impact daily driving performance.
