Dacia launches 155‑hp Hybrid Sandero across Europe
Dacia has added a full‑hybrid version to its Sandero range, called the Hybrid 155. The powertrain combines a 1.8‑litre gasoline engine with two electric motors and a 1.4 kWh battery to deliver 155 hp, a 0‑100 km/h time of 8.3 seconds and a top speed limited to 180 km/h. Fuel consumption is quoted at 4.2 L/100 km and CO₂ emissions at 96‑100 g/km, with up to 80 % of city driving possible in electric‑only mode.
The new hybrid is offered on the standard Sandero hatchback and the more rugged Sandero Stepway. Prices start at €19 900 for the hatchback and €21 400 for the Stepway, rising to €22 400 for the highest‑spec Extreme package. European orders opened on 1 July 2026, with deliveries slated for later in the year. Dacia promotes the model as one of the most affordable hybrids on the continent, positioning it below comparable Renault and Toyota offerings.
