Dacia launches Sandero Stepway Hybrid for European market
Dacia introduced a full‑hybrid version of its Sandero Stepway, the Sandero Stepway Hybrid 155. The model combines a 1.8‑litre gasoline engine with a 49 hp electric motor for a total output of 158 hp, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds and reaching a top speed of 180 km/h. Official WLTP fuel consumption is 4.4 L per 100 km and CO₂ emissions are 100 g/km. In Germany the Hybrid is offered from €20,790 for the Expression trim and €21,990 for the Extreme trim, providing a full‑hybrid drive that does not require external charging.
A separate review compared the base specifications of Dacia’s current models – Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Jogger, Duster and Bigster. All share mandatory safety systems, but differ in equipment such as air‑conditioning, infotainment screens, electric windows, and adjustable seats. The Sandero Stepway, for example, includes manual climate control and a driver‑seat height adjustment, while higher‑priced models add more comfort and technology features.
