Dacia Striker compact wagon unveiled for 2026 European launch

Renault-owned Dacia revealed the Striker, its second C‑segment model after the Bigster SUV. The new shooting‑brake style wagon offers a 600‑litre load capacity, a length of 4.62 m and a price starting around €25,000, placing it between the Duster and the Bigster in the brand’s lineup.

The Striker will be available with three power‑train options: a 1.2‑litre three‑cylinder mild‑hybrid that can run on LPG or gasoline, a 1.8‑litre four‑cylinder full hybrid, and an all‑wheel‑drive version that pairs the 1.2‑litre engine with a 23 kW rear electric motor. Production is set for early 2027, with sales to begin in the first months of the following year and a market launch slated for December 2026 around the Paris Motor Show. Dacia aims to capture a 33 % share of the C‑segment by 2035.
