Dacia Striker crossover unveiled with hybrid and LPG options

Dacia has introduced the Striker, a new crossover model designed to combine SUV qualities with the practicality of a station wagon. The vehicle is 4.62 meters long and features a low roofline, which distinguishes it from traditional SUVs.

The Striker will be available with several engine options. A mild hybrid LPG version produces 140 hp and is paired with a six-speed manual transmission. A full hybrid option, the Hybrid 155, utilizes a 1.8-liter petrol engine paired with two electric motors and a 1.4 kWh battery, designed to allow urban driving for up to 80% of the time. Additionally, a Hybrid 150 4x4 variant is available, featuring a 1.2-liter 48V mild hybrid system in the front and an electric motor in the rear.

Pricing for the Striker starts at approximately 22,000 euros, with the full hybrid version starting around 27,000 euros. The LPG version requires an additional 3,000 euro investment for the automatic transmission. Boot capacity varies by powertrain, ranging from 431 liters in the full hybrid to 516 liters in the LPG version.
