Daegu to host FIX 2026 tech expo with 588 companies

The third Future Innovation Tech Expo (FIX 2026) is scheduled to take place from October 21 to 24 at the EXCO in Daegu, South Korea. Under the theme ‘AI, Beyond Technology, Into Everyday Life,’ the event will feature 588 participating companies, marking its largest scale to date. Approximately 28% of the exhibitors are international participants.

The expo is divided into several key sectors: mobility, robotics, ICT, and startups. The mobility segment includes major players such as Hyundai Motor Company, Mercedes-Benz, Zeekr, and Volocopter. Highlights include autonomous driving technologies, urban air mobility (UAM) experiences, and electric vehicle test drives.

The robotics segment, ROBEX, will showcase next-generation technologies from companies like HD Hyundai Robotics and Doosan Robotics, featuring collaborative robots and humanoid solutions. The ICT sector will host various AI enterprises from China and ASEAN nations. Additionally, the event will include a three-day conference featuring experts from 14 countries and expanded export consultation sessions to facilitate business exchange.
