Daigo Nishihata and Riko Fukumoto attend premiere for ‘Shikyu Sanbyaku-en no Shinigami’

Actors Daigo Nishihata and Riko Fukumoto attended a promotional event at TOHO Cinemas Umeda for the film ‘Shikyu Sanbyaku-en no Shinigami’ (The 300-Yen Hourly Reaper). Based on a light novel by Maru Fuji, the human drama follows a university student facing life's hardships who takes a mysterious part-time job as a ‘reaper’ to help the souls of the deceased fulfill their final wishes.

During the event, Nishihata and Fukumoto discussed the balance between the film's fantasy elements and its realistic portrayal of human emotions. Co-star Seiei Ozawa, who plays a homeless man in the film, also attended the premiere event. Ozawa shared a lighthearted moment regarding his personal life, mentioning the recent birth of his first child with NHK announcer Maho Kuwako in September.
