Daimaru launches limited-time pop-up stores for Japanese sweets in Fukuoka and Osaka
Daimaru department stores will host two seven‑day pop‑up collections of Japanese confectionery starting 17 June 2026. In Fukuoka’s Daimaru Tenjin store, the Kamakura‑origin brands KAMAKURA 茶の福 and Kamakura Goro will showcase items such as a Uji‑matcha tart, thick chocolate‑sandwiches and the Kamakura Half‑Moon biscuits. Meanwhile, Osaka’s Daimaru Umeda store will feature the new tetoteo line from the renowned Sakuramochi maker 三万石, including walnut‑caramel “tetoteo クルミエ” bites alongside classic treats like ままどおる and エキソンパイ. Both events run from 17 June to 23 June and are limited‑time offerings aimed at regional shoppers seeking seasonal Japanese sweets.
