Dajabón students celebrate graduations and receive health services
In Dajabón, Dominican Republic, several educational and health milestones were reached for local students. The Escuelas Radiofónicas Santa María and Radio Marien celebrated the 2026 high school graduation of 17 students from various communities within the province.
During the ceremony, National Director Father Geovanny Pujols De León, SJ, emphasized that the educational work aims to provide “a window of freedom, dignity, and development.” Haydeli Toribio, rector of UTESA Dajabón, also provided motivational remarks regarding the transformative power of education.
Separately, the National Institute of Student Welfare (INABIE) conducted a comprehensive health campaign benefiting over 600 students in the province. The initiative, held at the Francisco Antonio Medina educational center and other local schools, provided visual, auditory, dental, and epidemiological services, including dental cleanings, extractions, and treatments for skin conditions.
