Dak Lak announces three provincial inspection decisions

The Dak Lak Provincial Inspectorate has announced three inspection decisions targeting different entities within the province.

One inspection will focus on the Dak Lak Urban and Environment Joint Stock Company, examining the management and use of state capital and assets, as well as budget obligations for the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025. The inspection is scheduled to last 45 days.

A second inspection will be conducted at the Dak Lak Land Fund Development Center. This process will review legal compliance regarding fund management, land fund creation, compensation, site clearance, investment projects, infrastructure construction, and land use rights auctions for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025. This inspection also has a 45-day duration.

Additionally, an unexpected inspection has been ordered for the pig farming facility of the Dang Van May business household in Ea Knop commune. This sudden inspection follows directives from the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee following a citizen reception in September, focusing on state management and livestock law compliance.
