Administrative inspections in Vietnamese provinces

Overview

In October 2026, several Vietnamese provinces initiated various administrative and regulatory inspections.

In Lam Dong, the provincial People's Committee launched unannounced inspections into land-related administrative procedures. Led by Tran Thanh Toan, the investigation targets the leadership and duty execution of officials across the provincial Land Registration Office and 124 communes, wards, and the Phu Quy special zone. The review covers activities from July 1, 2025, to October 10, 2026.

Concurrently, the Dak Lak Provincial Inspectorate announced three separate inspection decisions. These include a 45-day review of the Dak Lak Urban and Environment Joint Stock Company regarding state capital and asset management, and a 45-day inspection of the Dak Lak Land Fund Development Center concerning land fund management, compensation, and site clearance. Additionally, an unexpected inspection was ordered for a pig farming facility in Ea Knop commune to ensure compliance with livestock laws and state management.
