The Director of the Dakahlia Police Directorate, Major General Khalid Al‑Mohamadi, approved a comprehensive transfer and appointment plan for 2026 covering senior officers, department heads and heads of criminal investigations. The reshuffle includes the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Mohamed Aissa as head of the drug‑control investigations office, Colonel Amr Al‑Sharbini as chief of the Central Police Center, and several other reassignments such as the move of Colonel Samah Abdul‑Hakim from the Stamoniy Center to the Sharbain Center, and the promotion of Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Al‑Manshi to head of the Jamsa investigations unit. The plan also retains a number of existing heads, including Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Al‑Mawafi in the First Section and Colonel Farouk Hammad in the Second Section, while adding new leaders for specialized units such as the Public Morals Protection Department.
