Dana White awards six UFC contracts during Contender Series

During the seventh week of Season 10 of Dana White’s Contender Series at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, UFC President Dana White awarded six new contracts. In a rare occurrence for the show, White awarded contracts to both the winner and the loser of two separate fights due to the high level of competition.

Callum Connor and Jaden Ortega were among those receiving contracts despite their respective losses. Other contract recipients included Damian Piwowarczyk, Piero Guaylupo, Alvi Dasuyev, and Marcos Degli. Notably, headliner Norbert Novenyi Jr. was the only winner of the night who did not receive a contract, as White expressed a desire for him to return for another opportunity.

Key performances included a first-round TKO by Damian Piwowarczyk and a rear-naked choke finish by Marcos Degli.
