Danantara Housing Expo 2026 records Rp2 trillion in project value

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026, held from August 27–30 at NICE, PIK 2, Tangerang, recorded a total project value of Rp2 trillion. The event attracted approximately 10,000 visitors daily, featuring over 130 state-owned and private developers offering more than 360,000 housing units, ranging from subsidized homes to premium apartments.

Various companies showcased specialized solutions during the expo. PT Permata Graha Nusantara (PGNMAS) presented energy-based housing integrated with natural gas networks and solar panels. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) introduced its Bata Interlock Presisi, an earthquake-resistant and fire-resistant construction material designed to accelerate housing programs. Additionally, PT Multi Properti Indonesia (MPOIN) provided sanitation and water storage solutions to support healthy living environments.

The expo aimed to bridge the gap between developers and financing institutions, offering integrated payment schemes such as 1 percent down payments and long-term tenures to improve housing accessibility, particularly for the millennial generation.
