Danantara Housing Expo 2026 to offer BRI mortgage solutions

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is scheduled to take place at NICE PIK 2 from August 27 to 30, 2026. The event is open to the public and aims to provide various housing and financing solutions.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) will offer KPR mortgage schemes featuring tiered interest rates and tenors of up to 30 years. The interest rate structure begins at 2.75 percent for years 1 through 3, increasing to 6.75 percent for years 4 through 6, 8.75 percent for years 7 through 15, 10.25 percent for years 16 through 20, and 12.50 percent for years 21 through 30.
