Danantara Housing Expo 2026 to offer 100,000 homes in Indonesia

Danantara Indonesia will host the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 from August 27 to 30 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta. The event aims to support the government’s ‘3 Million Houses Program’ by connecting developers, state-owned enterprises, and the private sector with potential homebuyers.

The expo will feature over 100,000 housing units, including landed houses and apartments, provided by approximately 130 developers. This includes 49,000 units specifically designated for low-income communities (MBR), located across Java and other regions such as North Sumatra and Balikpapan, Kalimantan.

To increase accessibility, particularly for Generation Z, Danantara is offering aggressive financing schemes through Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). These schemes include down payments starting at 1%, interest rates beginning at 2.75%, and mortgage tenors of up to 30 years, with monthly installments as low as Rp 1 million. Officials stated that all units have undergone curation to ensure legal compliance and construction quality.
