Danantara to host 2026 Housing Expo in Jakarta

The Danantara Investment Management Agency will host the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 from August 27 to 30 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in PIK 2, Jakarta. The event aims to expand access to homeownership and strengthen the national housing financing ecosystem by offering options ranging from affordable housing to premium segments.

To facilitate transactions, state-owned bank ecosystems will be present to provide flexible financing schemes. Chief Operating Officer Dony Oskaria confirmed that President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to attend the opening, signaling government support for the national program to provide 3 million homes to the Indonesian people. The expo will also feature prizes for visitors, including apartments, a house, and solar panels.
