Daniel Vilela proposes expanding zero-cost housing program in Goiás

Daniel Vilela, a candidate for reelection in Goiás, has proposed expanding the ‘Pra Ter Onde Morar – Construção’ housing program. The initiative provides zero-cost homes to families in situations of social vulnerability or extreme poverty.

To date, 7,244 houses have been delivered through the policy, with an additional 916 units completed and awaiting key handover. The state aims to reach 10,000 delivered homes by December. The program currently operates in 192 of the 246 municipalities in Goiás, with a total public investment of R$ 1.3 billion.
