Danish banks SJF Bank and Jyske Bank complete week 30 share buybacks
SJF Bank A/S disclosed its week‑30 share‑buyback transactions, purchasing 10,100 shares for DKK 4,256,121. Cumulatively, the programme has bought back 59,800 shares worth DKK 23,479,845, representing about 0.55 % of the bank’s capital. All trades were executed under the EU Market Abuse Regulation via Danske Bank A/S.
Jyske Bank reported its own week‑30 buyback activity, acquiring 1,584,918 shares for DKK 918,651,455, which corresponds to 2.72 % of its share capital. The programme follows the same EU safe‑harbour rules and runs until early 2027.
