Danish universities scrap 330 million DKK IT project

Seven Danish universities have decided to scrap a long-running IT project aimed at developing a new student administration system. The attempt to implement the new system has been ongoing for nearly a decade.

In 2023, the universities entered into a contract worth 330 million DKK with the IT vendor Fluido. The cancellation of this latest attempt marks the end of a decade-long effort to modernize the institutions' administrative technology.
