The bank repurchased a total of 6,572,904 shares at an average price of DKK 330.36 million, representing 0.806 % of its share capital. Daily activity ranged from 5.89 million shares on 13 July at DKK 326.08 per share to 5.44 million shares on 17 July at DKK 365.44 per share across the Nasdaq Copenhagen, CBOE Europe and other venues.
A.P. Møller‑Mærsk A/S reported July 13‑17 transactions under its DKK 6.3 billion share‑buyback programme. In this period the company bought 1,500,245,360 DKK worth of shares, acquiring 34,348 A‑shares and 206,432 B‑shares – together 1.64 % of its capital. The average price for A‑shares was around DKK 13.2 million, while B‑shares were purchased at roughly DKK 2.1 million each. The programme follows EU Market Abuse Regulation safe‑harbour rules.
