DAS KINOFEST 2026 to offer 5-euro cinema tickets across Germany

DAS KINOFEST 2026 is scheduled to take place on September 12 and 13, offering cinema tickets across Germany for a flat rate of 5 euros. The promotion applies to all films and seating categories nationwide.

Organized by HDF KINO and AG Kinopräsentieren, the event aims to build on the success of the 2025 festival, which saw a record 1.65 million visitors across more than 700 participating cinemas. The program will feature a wide range of genres, including blockbusters, arthouse films, documentaries, and family movies, involving various local theaters and modern multiplexes. Numerous international and domestic film distributors are supporting the initiative.
