Data center firms BlockchAIn and Cipher Digital raise $865 million in new financing

BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, a developer and operator of AI‑focused digital infrastructure, completed a public offering of 33.3 million shares at $1.65 per share, generating about $55 million in gross proceeds. The company said the funds will support working capital, capital expenditures and general corporate purposes.

Cipher Digital Inc., which builds industrial‑scale data centers, priced a $810 million senior secured notes offering at 99.75 % of principal. The proceeds are earmarked to finish construction of the Stingray Facility, reimburse prior equity contributions and fund debt‑service reserves. Both offerings were announced in New York and target qualified institutional buyers.
