Davi Brito and family investigated for illegal betting promotion

The Rio de Janeiro Public Prosecutor's Office (MP-RJ) has opened an investigation into several influencers, including 'BBB 24' winner Davi Brito, his sister Raquel Brito, and Bia Miranda, for allegedly promoting illegal casinos and betting platforms on Instagram.

The investigation follows reports that these influencers used deceptive tactics to bypass digital platform rules and gambling legislation. Specifically, they are accused of presenting betting games as simple 'guessing games' or 'word completion' activities to avoid detection. These posts reportedly included links to platforms requiring monetary deposits, despite claims that they were not traditional betting sites.

Davi Brito has publicly contested the investigation via Instagram, expressing indignation and claiming he is currently facing financial difficulties and debt. He questioned the basis of the inquiry, stating, “Investigated for what, if there is nothing in my account?” while asserting that he has a clear conscience.
