Davor Matsura expands Alta Group presence in Macedonia

Serbian businessman Davor Matsura, through his Alta Group, is expanding his presence in the Macedonian market by entering the real estate sector. The group has registered a new company, Alta Real Estate, focused on the rental and management of owned or leased real estate.

This move follows Matsura's recent acquisitions in the financial sector. Alta Group previously acquired the insurance company ZOIL Macedonia AD Bitola for 1.7 million euros, rebranding it as Alta Osiguruvanje AD Skopje. Additionally, Alta Banka Belgrade has significantly increased its stake in Stopanska Banka AD Bitola to over 95 percent, now operating it as Alta Banka AD.
