While his name does not appear on public staff boards, reports indicate patients can book appointments with him via telephone or at the reception.

Kacprzyk remains under investigation by the prosecutor's office and medical authorities. The investigation into his previous tenure at the Southern Hospital includes allegations of falsifying work documentation to claim financial benefits, with potential fraud exceeding 500,000 PLN. Investigators are also examining claims of a “VIP ER” where patients may have been treated outside standard triage protocols for non-medical reasons.

Additionally, Kacprzyk’s profile on the medical platform ZnanyLekarz.pl has disappeared. The platform declined to specify whether the account was removed by the doctor under GDPR “right to be forgotten” regulations or suspended by the service due to a violation of terms, citing privacy laws.
