Dawid Kacprzyk dismisses hospital scandal in hidden camera footage

Dawid Kacprzyk, a physician at the center of the Warsaw South Hospital scandal, was recorded via hidden camera during a medical consultation in Jaktorów. In the footage published by Kanał Zero, Kacprzyk dismisses the controversy surrounding his previous role at the hospital, describing it as a ‘political affair’ and stating that he ‘does not care’ about it.

Kacprzyk, a former member of the Civic Coalition (KO) and local councilor, faced scrutiny after reports indicated he earned approximately 1.6 million PLN in 2025 while working excessive hours, including allegedly overlapping shifts. The scandal has led to investigations by the prosecutor's office and audits by the National Health Fund.

During the recorded conversation, Kacprzyk attributed the media attention to upcoming elections and suggested that the Law and Justice (PiS) party was behind the scrutiny. He also expressed frustration that the controversy prevents him from driving his Porsche Panamera to his new place of work due to media interest.
