Dawid Kacprzyk remains eligible to practice medicine as the investigation into his professional conduct continues. Despite previous statements from the President of the Supreme Medical Council regarding a potential suspension of his right to practice, the Chief Spokesperson for Professional Responsibility, Jacek Opinc, stated that a formal application for suspension has not yet been prepared.

Opinc noted that the investigation is ongoing and that evidence is still being gathered. He remarked that while there is significant public pressure for immediate action, the legal process requires time and thorough documentation. In the interim, Kacprzyk has sought employment in various hospitals and has been hired at a medical center in Jaktorowo.
