DAZN expands NBA broadcasting deals with Wizards and Pacers

DAZN is expanding its NBA broadcasting footprint for the 2026-27 season through new partnerships with several franchises. Following earlier agreements with New York-based teams, the streaming platform has officially secured deals with the Washington Wizards and the Indiana Pacers.

The Indiana Pacers agreement establishes a specific model for local broadcasting. DAZN will serve as the exclusive provider for regular-season Pacers games via a team-branded streaming service. The package includes 22 free games on the DAZN app, with 15 of those also available via over-the-air broadcast. Paid access for the remaining games is priced at $119.99 per year, with an ‘Early Bird Season Pass’ offering a discounted rate of $59.99 for subscriptions made before October. Monthly options are also available at $19.99. These specific pricing structures apply only to the Indiana geographical market; national broadcasts will continue through NBA League Pass or traditional TV providers.

These developments may serve as a template for other teams currently in negotiations, such as the San Antonio Spurs, which has not yet confirmed a deal with the platform.
