Dębica expands Galeria Raj with new 6,000 sqm retail park

A new retail park is being built adjacent to Galeria Raj in Dębica, adding about 6,000 sqm of shopping space. The development will host the off‑price format ShockPrice in a 2,182 sqm outlet and relocate the shoe retailer CCC to a larger 811 sqm store designed under its latest concept. MODIVO PLATFORM will also open a roughly 3,000 sqm store. Parking capacity is set to increase to 680 spaces.

CBRE notes that more than half of new retail floor area in Poland is now being created in small towns, driven by consumers’ preference for convenient, local shopping. Dębica’s low unemployment rate (4.4 %) and a county purchasing power estimated at €921 million make it an attractive location for such investments, according to market experts.
