DDA to launch 1,648 additional LIG flats in Narela

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the opening of bookings for 1,648 additional Low Income Group (LIG) flats in Narela under the Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026. This move follows a previous offering of flats that were fully booked within two hours.

Online bookings are scheduled to begin on October 29 at 12 noon via the official DDA Awaas portal. The units, located in Pocket 1, Sectors G2–G6, are priced at approximately ₹14.95 lakh each, which includes a 25% discount. Each flat features a plinth area of 49.90 square metres, including common areas. Allotment will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis with a booking amount of ₹1 lakh.

The Narela area is slated for significant infrastructure development, including the upcoming Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro corridor, a proposed RRTS station, and various road links. Future plans for the region also include an education hub, sports facilities, and green spaces.
