DDA affordable housing in Narela

Overview

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has initiated the Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026 in the Narela area of Delhi, offering Low Income Group (LIG) flats. The initial launch featured 2,516 units in Pockets 3 and 6 of Sectors G2–G6, with prices starting at approximately Rs 14.95 lakh following a 25 per cent discount.

Following the rapid booking of the initial units, which were fully reserved within two hours, the DDA announced an additional 1,648 LIG flats located in Pocket 1, Sectors G2–G6. These new units are also priced at approximately ₹14.95 lakh, including the 25% discount, and will be available via online booking on a ‘First Come, First Serve’ basis.

The Narela region is undergoing infrastructure expansion, including the Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro Corridor, a proposed Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) station, and improved road connectivity through Urban Extension Roads.
