Beiersdorf expands share buyback program to EUR 200 million
Beiersdorf Aktiengesellschaft has announced an extension and expansion of the first tranche of its 2026/2027 Share Buyback Program. Originally intended to acquire up to EUR 100 million in shares by December 11, 2026, the company has extended the deadline to December 24, 2026, and increased the volume of this first tranche to a total of up to EUR 200 million.
In separate insider transaction disclosures, Dilxwax Acar, a member of the managing body at FIT GROUP AG, conducted multiple share sales. On August 14, 2026, Acar sold 6,900 units at an aggregate price of approximately EUR 23.03 per share on the Wiener Börse. Subsequently, on August 18, 2026, Acar sold an additional 26,948 shares at an aggregate price of approximately EUR 14.44 per share through transactions outside of a trading venue.
Additionally, Jürgen Paul Otto, a member of the board at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, completed a purchase of shares on August 20, 2026. The transaction involved 80,710.83 EUR worth of shares at a price of 1.4330 EUR per share on the Xetra exchange.
