Delhi and Greater Noida Police Bust Inter‑State Drug Syndicates

Police in Greater Noida arrested a Nigerian national identified as the mastermind of a drug‑smuggling ring together with three local suspects. The raid on a flat in Sector Chi‑4 yielded 143 g of MDMA, an electronic weighing scale, a scooter and ₹17,500 in cash. The suspects face charges under the NDPS Act and the Foreigners Act.

In a separate operation in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, authorities seized 571.27 g of heroin/smack after detaining three traffickers – Furkan, Tasleem (aka Munna) and Rizwan. Searches recovered 122.44 g of heroin from Furkan, 35.83 g from Tasleem and 413 g from Rizwan. The men admitted to operating as part of an organized inter‑state network that sources drugs from Barelly and distributes them in the NCR region. Both raids are part of a broader zero‑tolerance campaign against drug trafficking.
