Delhi Fast-Track Court Schedules Aug 3 Hearing in NEET Paper Leak Case

A special fast‑track court at Raoj Avenue in Delhi, set up under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, directed the appointment of a public prosecutor to represent the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the NEET‑UG 2026 paper‑leak case. The court postponed the first hearing after no CBI lawyer appeared and scheduled the next hearing for 3 August.

The proceedings involve 13 accused, all held in judicial custody until at least 6 August.
