Delhi Police detain two Bangladeshi nationals for visa violations

Delhi Police apprehended two Bangladeshi nationals for violating visa regulations during Operation VISTA 1.0, an initiative aimed at verifying the immigration status of foreign nationals in the capital.

The individuals, identified as 23-year-old MD Anharul Islam Sourob Khan and 27-year-old Tarikul Islam Sujan, were found at a hotel in the Nabi Karim area of Central Delhi. While their passports were valid, they had exceeded the 15-day stay limit permitted by their double-entry visas, which they had used to enter India on June 23.

Following the verification of their travel documents, the men were taken into custody and produced before the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) for legal proceedings.
