Delhi students protest NEET cheating, call for NTA dissolution

Student groups including the SFI, DFI, CITU, CWFI and JMS organised a large demonstration at the Hatti bus stand in Delhi, condemning alleged irregularities in the NEET exam. Speakers said the fraud threatens the futures of millions of students and urged the government to dissolve the National Testing Agency (NTA) and to accept the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was noted to have acknowledged the problem but no corrective action has been taken.

A parallel protest at Jantar Mantar has attracted hundreds of social‑media influencers who film and stream the rally, turning the site into a content‑creation hub. Despite a temporary internet shutdown by police, creators continue to upload videos, reels and memes that amplify the protest nationally and internationally.
