Delhi University Announces ECA Quota Trial Schedule Starting July 16

Delhi University has released the tentative schedule and venue list for the Extra‑Curricular Activities (ECA) quota physical trials for undergraduate admissions 2026. Trials for most categories, including dance, debate, vocal music and theatre, will begin on July 16 and run for about a week, excluding Sundays. Yoga trials start on July 17, quiz and fine‑arts trials on July 20, and creative writing, instrumental music, digital media and divinity trials on July 21. Detailed date‑ and time‑slots for each candidate will be posted on the university website by July 14; no individual messages will be sent. Out‑station candidates are advised to book travel for any date within the notified trial period, arrange accommodation near the assigned college, and may request a rescheduling if the allotted slot clashes with confirmed travel plans. No physical trials are required for NCC and NSS categories. Marks are expected to be uploaded on the admission portal around July 25‑26, followed by a two‑to‑three‑day grievance window. The academic session is scheduled to begin on July 28.
