Delhi University opens registration for 71,000 undergraduate seats
Delhi University has begun the registration process for the 2026‑27 undergraduate admission cycle, offering roughly 71,000 seats across 73 UG programmes and more than 100 BA courses. Admissions will be conducted through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal, and only candidates with CUET (UG) 2026 scores can apply. A non‑refundable application fee is required, ranging from ₹100 to ₹400 depending on the applicant’s category and chosen programme.
At the same time, Indian students graduating from 12th grade have a growing range of professional and skill‑based courses they can join without entrance examinations. Options include Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), medical laboratory and radiology programmes, design and animation, as well as digital‑marketing and SEO certifications, all aimed at improving employability and earnings potential.
