Delhi weather forecast predicts rain and thunderstorms

Delhi is expected to experience overcast skies and various spells of rain on Friday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts that some areas in the national capital may see moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, particularly during the morning or afternoon hours.

Additional light to very light rain may occur late in the evening or at night, also potentially accompanied by thunderstorms. Forecasts indicate an 84% chance of precipitation with high humidity levels around 78%. Temperatures are expected to range between a minimum of approximately 25.9°C and a maximum of 29.7°C, though recent recorded maximums have reached up to 34.9°C.

While rainfall is also predicted for Saturday, weather conditions are expected to clear starting Sunday.
