Delhi weather forecast predicts rain and thunderstorms for Monday

A low-pressure area over southwest Uttar Pradesh is influencing weather conditions in the region. While Monday is predicted to be the wettest day of the week, featuring thunderstorms and lightning, rainfall activity is expected to decrease starting September 8.
On Sunday, Delhi saw temperatures below the seasonal average, with a maximum of 29.1 degrees Celsius. Significant rainfall was recorded at several stations, including 35.6 mm at Palam and 29.8 mm at Safdarjung. Air quality in the capital was reported in the satisfactory category.
