Delhi weather: High humidity and temperatures up to 34°C expected

Delhi and the surrounding National Capital Region (NCR) are experiencing high humidity and fluctuating weather conditions. On August 28, 2026, Delhi is expected to have mostly clear skies with a maximum temperature of 34°C. Despite the clear conditions, humidity levels around 73% are expected to make the heat feel more intense.

Earlier reports indicated that while light rain occurred in some areas, residents continued to face heat and humidity. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has noted that light rain may continue in parts of Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Punjab through September 1, while heavier rainfall is possible in parts of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
