Delhi's Phase III electoral roll revision distributes 33.14 lakh voter forms
The Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase III for Delhi’s electoral roll began on June 30, 2026 and will run through July 29, 2026. By July 3, a total of 33,14,116 enumeration forms had been distributed, covering 22.84 % of the capital’s 1.45 crore (14.51 million) registered electors. Only 1,02,308 forms have been digitised so far, representing 0.71 % of the total electorate.
District‑wise distribution shows the New Delhi district leading with 31.41 % of its 1.54 lakh voters receiving forms, followed closely by the North district at 31.36 % and North West at 29.84 %. The East district recorded the lowest coverage at 18.37 %, with South East at 19.01 %.
The drive aims to update voter details, remove deceased or relocated names, and add eligible new voters, strengthening the accuracy and credibility of Delhi’s voter list ahead of upcoming elections.
