Vinícius Martins de Paulo reunites with girl he rescued from bee attack

Safira Emanuele, a 12-year-old girl, was recently reunited with Vinícius Martins de Paulo, the delivery driver who rescued her during a bee attack in Ibirité, Minas Gerais.

The incident occurred when a beehive fell from a tree near a school in the Jardim Montreal neighborhood. While Safira was escorting her siblings to school, she was swarmed by bees and suffered over 100 stings. Vinícius, who was passing by on a motorcycle, intervened to help her despite the personal risk. He used deodorant spray from his motorcycle storage to attempt to deter the bees and successfully moved the girl to a nearby social project center for safety.

During the rescue, Vinícius was also attacked and sustained approximately 40 stings, requiring medical treatment. The emotional reunion between the two was featured on the television program ‘Domingão com Huck’.
