Delivery Hero reduces interest margin on $1.332 billion loan

Delivery Hero has successfully completed the repricing of its $1.332 billion Term Loan B financing, which is due in December 2029. Through this renegotiation, the company has reduced its interest margin by 150 basis points, moving from SOFR plus 500 basis points to SOFR plus 350 basis points.

This adjustment is expected to save the company approximately $20 million in annual interest expenses, thereby improving liquidity and reducing debt service outflows. The principal amount and maturity date of the loan remain unchanged.

In a separate organizational move, John Woyton has been appointed to the Supervisory Board, effective September 9, succeeding Scott Ferguson. Woyton brings over 20 years of experience from the private equity sector to the board.
