Delta Air Lines to overhaul Delta One business class in 2026
Delta Air Lines is launching a comprehensive redesign of its Delta One business class service, marking its most significant premium experience overhaul in nearly 30 years. The update includes enhanced cabin comfort, such as seats that offer an additional three inches of length when fully reclined, and a revamped culinary program developed in collaboration with various chefs.
The new service features expanded dining options, including a curated wine selection and new menu items like Wagyu burgers and seasonal risotto. Passengers will also benefit from increased flexibility, with the ability to select main courses online up to 18 hours before departure.
The rollout is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026 on intercontinental flights departing from Los Angeles, followed by a global implementation in early 2027. The new configuration will be featured on Delta’s new Airbus A350 aircraft. This initiative is part of a broader premium strategy supported by over one billion dollars in fleet investments.
