Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle set for July 29 Blu‑ray/DVD release in Japan
A new trailer promotes the upcoming Blu‑ray and DVD launch of *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle* in Japan on July 29. The limited‑edition home video will include two‑disc soundtracks, illustrated booklets and other collectibles. The film, which dominated Japanese theatres for 266 consecutive days and earned over ¥40.2 billion domestically (more than ¥117.9 billion worldwide), is finally moving from the big screen to home media.
No international release date has been announced, and the window for streaming remains uncertain. The franchise will host a special panel at Anime Expo 2026, where a streaming or overseas launch may be confirmed. The sequel, *Infinity Castle Part 2*, is slated as a “future project” with the earliest possible release in 2027, though some analysts suggest it could be delayed to 2028.
