Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Castillo Infinito to stream on Netflix and Prime Video

The record-breaking anime film ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Castillo Infinito’ is set to expand its availability on major streaming platforms. The film will arrive on Netflix on September 28, followed by its release on Prime Video and HBO Max on September 29.

As the first installment of a cinematic trilogy depicting the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and Muzan Kibutsuji, the film has achieved unprecedented commercial success. It holds the record as the highest-grossing anime film in history, earning $793 million worldwide. In Japan, it set a record for the highest single-day opening day box office revenue, earning ¥1640 million ($11 million).

Beyond its financial performance, the film has received international critical acclaim, earning nominations at the Golden Globes and BAFTA, and winning awards at the Critics Choice and Saturn Awards for Best International Animated Film.
