Denmark construction and real estate companies face mass bankruptcies
During week 35, spanning August 24 to August 30, a significant number of companies within the Danish construction, civil engineering, and real estate sectors were declared bankrupt, liquidated, or dissolved.
Data from Statstidende and the CVR register indicates that between 33 and 62 companies or related entities with employees faced dissolution or insolvency. Notable entries include Marselis Ejendomme A/S, Nova beton ApS, and CJ Fiber ApS, which were listed under bankruptcy. Other companies, such as Frederiks mure & entreprenør forretning ApS and Dandan Ejendomme ApS, were subject to compulsory dissolution.
The filings involve various judicial districts across Denmark, including the courts in Aarhus, Viborg, Næstved, Hjørring, Odense, and the Maritime and Commercial High Court.
