Denmark nitrous oxide seizure: Three men's detention extended
Three men involved in Denmark’s largest nitrous oxide seizure have had their pre-trial detention extended until October 21. The suspects, aged 25, 41, and 48, were arrested on Zealand following the discovery of approximately 14 tons of nitrous oxide materials.
Police seized roughly 6,300 filled 'Fastgas' canisters, totaling about 4.2 tons of the substance, along with 25 empty pallets of packaging. Vice Police Inspector Espen Godiksen of the Copenhagen Police described the seizure as the largest of its kind in the country. The men are accused of supplying nitrous oxide to warehouses located in Copenhagen and south of Roskilde in Gadstrup.
